Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 2000, he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Mechanics and Petrochemistry. He is a graduate of postgraduate studies in the fields of Finance Management, Marketing, Project Management, Energy Audit, Gas Turbines and Gas and Steam Systems, Process Safety.
He also completed MBA studies. He has full building qualifications in the field of design and management of robots as well as energetic qualifications in the field of operation and supervision. From September 2009 to August 2018, he was the director of the Environmental Protection Bureau of PKN ORLEN SA. He is a member of the Chapter of the Responsible Care Program, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ORLEN EKO Company, a member of the Management Board of the Regional Environmental Education Center in Włocławek, the President of the Association SITPChem (Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry) a branch of Płock, a member of the Mazovian Chamber of Civil Engineers.
He was the Alternate Director at The European Petroleum Industry Association. He was involved in consultancy and supervision at the construction of fuel depots. For 14 years he worked at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he was involved in research on environmental protection and studies for the refinery and petrochemical industry, which are the basis for expert opinions, as well as youth education. He is the author and co-author of dozens of scientific articles and publications.
