A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, he is currently managing the project implementation department at RETENCJAPL. His experience covers the whole cycle of investment preparation, including those related to co-financing from EU sources and international financing institutions: from feasibility studies and pre-design analyzes, through design, organization of the investment process, to implementation and final evaluation of project effects. For more than 10 years, he has been more strongly involved in projects related to protection against floods and their connection with spatial planning of cities “friendly to residents”.
Co-author of projects which prepare cities for sustainable management of rainwater and snowmelt. He is interested in investments which, due to the scale and multidisciplinary nature, require a balanced approach or projects whose axis is to seek a compromise between nature protection and human interference, taking into account economic conditions.
He prepared a number of social consultations as well as sustainability assessments for investment projects. For several years he has been conducting trainings in the field of rainwater management in urban areas, he is also a valued presenter at conferences on this subject (Stormwater Poland, Retencja 2050+, Adaptcity, GWOR Zakopane).
