Journalist. A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, at the Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences. For 30 years associated with local newspapers and radio stations in Bydgoszcz. In the years 1992-95 he was the editor-in-chief of the Illustrated Polish Courier in Bydgoszcz. He cooperated with the nationwide press.
He came to the water and sewage industry in 2008, when in Bydgoszcz waterworks he was employed as the head of the Public Relations Department and a spokesman. He works in these positions until today.
Together with his team – he prepared several media campaigns whose task was, among others, promotion of effects obtained in Bydgoszcz as a result of implementation of two large investment programs – Bydgoszcz Water and Sewer System and Bydgoszcz Water and Sewer System II, promotion of “Bydgoska Water” and promotion related to the creation and operation of the first “Museum of Waterworks” in historic buildings of the Old Hall Pumps and MWiK Pressure Tower.
He is the initiator of projects that allow Waterworks of Bydgoszcz to participate in the cultural and social life of the city. One of them is m.in. Chamber Music Festival “Music at its source”, the tenth edition of which took place in 2018.
